Let’s get started!
We begin with a briefing – a simple but essential document that must be completed carefully. The visual identity will be based on this information, so the clearer your responses, the higher the chances of approval in the first presentation. The Visual Identity proposal will be delivered within 20 business days, depending on our schedule.
You may request up to 4 revisions at no additional cost. After that, a EUR 10 fee will be charged per revision. If the proposal is rejected, a new version will be developedbased on the initial briefing and sent within 15 calendar days. If the new proposal does not follow the original briefing requirements, a EUR 90 fee will apply for developing a new proposal.
Once approved, no further changes can be made to the proposal without an additional fee (price upon request).
Deadlines are subject to schedule availability.
After approving your visual identity, we proceed with creating complementary materials (stationery and/or digital assets). To do this, you need to provide all the necessary information, such as phone number, WhatsApp, address, email, and any other relevant details.
The proposal for complementary items will be delivered within 15 calendar days. You may request adjustments before final approval. Once approved, all files will be sent in the appropriate formats, including editable CDR (CorelDRAW) versions.
Deadlines are subject to schedule availability.
Important: Make sure all information is correct. After the final files are sent, any modifications will incur a EUR 8 fee per item.
To begin the project, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the final delivery date. Payments are accepted via WISE.
